Duties
Manages logistics for student arrival and coordinates student orientation (reserving spaces, content, power point updates, arrival events, tours, etc.)
Develops, manages and executes inclusive events and overnight excursions according to SAI procedures
Advises and assists students: assists with roommate disputes; homesickness; serious concerns; is available to accompany students to doctor appointments, police station and elsewhere as required
Serves as emergency contact 24 / 7 while programs are in session
Manages facebook / twitter accounts and social media
When required, executes SAI Disciplinary Procedures
Manages programming budgeting and reconciliation according to SAI Accounting Procedures
Manages invoicing and billing for housing including damage reporting
Manages, with great tact and diplomacy, all vendor and partner relationships (schools, housing, other third parties)
Manages housing and housing assignments, including selection of apartments that meet SAI standards and handles maintenance, cleaning and coordinating linen cleanings and general student satisfaction
Communicates with parents / students before, during and after the semester according to SAI’s Communication Policy
Supports the Vice President as needed
Assists with customized faculty led programs as needed including research, development, pricing, preparation of pre-departure materials and execution of programs
Other duties as assigned
Available : Immediately. Salary commensurate with experience. Requires some night and weekend work.
