Position Summary

The FP&A Analyst will assist in providing financial, strategic and analytical support to FP&A Manager and Business unit CFO. This position plays a significant role in the preparation and analysis of monthly / quarterly closing, consolidated financial Forecasts, Budgets and Strategic / Operating plans. The FP&A Analyst will contribute to the overall assessment of ITT performance to be presented through regular financial status communications to the CFO.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports, working closely with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with data entry and validation in the consolidation system, under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Help analyze financial results, identifying key variances and contributing to performance reviews.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities, with a focus on general and administrative costs.
  • Participate in the collection and organization of data for quarterly forecasts and annual planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to monitor personnel costs and headcount data.
  • Assist in managing purchase requests related to SG&A costs, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines.
  • Contribute to the preparation of materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with the Finance team and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and other sensitive information.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis or in a similar role within a corporate finance environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial issues.
  • Solid data analytics skills and proficiency in IT tools, including: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Big data analysis tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized work style.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
