We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Receptionist & Operations Assistant to join our office in Pererenan.
Main Responsibilities
1. Reception & Office Management
Welcome visitors at the office in a professional and friendly manner
Provide basic information and orient visitors when needed
Ensure the office is always clean, tidy, and presentable: light cleaning in the morning, organizing and tidying up during the day, light cleaning at the end of the day
2. Video & Shooting Logistics
(Training provided – no advanced technical skills required)
Ensure all filming equipment is always ready: cameras fully charged
SD cards empty and ready for use
Prepare equipment before each shoot
Assist with setup (tripods, cameras, microphones)
Start and stop recordings when required
Download video files from SD cards after each shoot
Save and back up all footage on the dedicated computer
Organize files properly and clearly in the correct folders
Double‑check that all footage has been saved correctly
Send raw footage to video editors when needed
Follow up on editing progress and report updates
3. Checklists & Internal Communication
Follow and update a daily checklist (equipment, footage, organization)
Ensure SD cards have been properly emptied and backed up
Communicate clearly if anything is missing, delayed, or ready
Be proactive in internal communication and follow‑up
4. Administrative Support
Assist with document checking, filing and organizing, scanning documents, preparing administrative folders
Profile Required
Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
Comfortable using a computer
Good communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
