Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Receptionist & Operations Assistant to join our office in Pererenan.

Main Responsibilities

1. Reception & Office Management

  • Welcome visitors at the office in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide basic information and orient visitors when needed
  • Ensure the office is always clean, tidy, and presentable: light cleaning in the morning, organizing and tidying up during the day, light cleaning at the end of the day

2. Video & Shooting Logistics

(Training provided – no advanced technical skills required)

  • Ensure all filming equipment is always ready: cameras fully charged
  • SD cards empty and ready for use
  • Prepare equipment before each shoot
  • Assist with setup (tripods, cameras, microphones)
  • Start and stop recordings when required
  • Download video files from SD cards after each shoot
  • Save and back up all footage on the dedicated computer
  • Organize files properly and clearly in the correct folders
  • Double‑check that all footage has been saved correctly
  • Send raw footage to video editors when needed
  • Follow up on editing progress and report updates

3. Checklists & Internal Communication

  • Follow and update a daily checklist (equipment, footage, organization)
  • Ensure SD cards have been properly emptied and backed up
  • Communicate clearly if anything is missing, delayed, or ready
  • Be proactive in internal communication and follow‑up

4. Administrative Support

  • Assist with document checking, filing and organizing, scanning documents, preparing administrative folders

Profile Required

  • Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented
  • Comfortable using a computer
  • Good communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
  • Motivated and dedicated
  • Able to follow clear processes and instructions
  • Professional and discreet
