The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all the sales outlet activities assigned to them. Guaranteeing that the quantitative objectives (budget turnover profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image) defined are achieved in line with the Brand guidelines and company standards. The core responsibilities of the role include guaranteeing that quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference stores are achieved in economic terms (budget turnover profitability) and in terms of the correct Brand image; analyzing and conducting diagnostic studies to provide a rapid response (tactically) based on the specific needs and context of the stores focusing on a long-term the case of DOS (Directly Operated Stores) or Concessions they are directly responsible for resources (people costs investments).
