We are now looking for an HSE Junior Specialist in Milan.

Job Summary

As an HSE Junior Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our HSE team! Reporting directly to the HSE Manager, you’ll support key safety and environmental initiatives across our PV plants while also managing targeted projects that drive business impact. Key Responsibilitiesh3>

You will:

  • Contribute to activities aimed at identifying and preventing risks to workers, while supporting initiatives to avoid environmental damage.
  • Update and maintain documentation related to safety and environmental management systems, defining and managing corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits.
  • Promote a strong safety and environmental culture within the company, motivating staff to embrace and continuously improve standards.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to monitor compliance with relevant HSE procedures and instructions.
  • Serve as ASPP ex D. Lgs. 81/08.

Qualifications and Skills

Your profile is a natural match if you have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of practical experience applying requirements ex D. Lgs 81/08 and D. Lgs 152/06, including at least 2 years as ASPP.

Skills

  • Strong ability to collaborate with the HSE team and other company functions, adapting communication to different audiences.
  • Teamwork mindset and proactive approach.
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent English (certification from an accredited institution is a plus).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs.

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation and certification projects for UNI ISO 45001:2018 and UNI ISO 14001:2015.
