Open Position: Middle / Senior Atlassian Cloud Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Cloud Consultant to support clients in designing, configuring, and optimizing their Atlassian Cloud environments (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and more) and improving collaboration, project management, and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Assist in configuring and optimizing Atlassian Cloud tools.
Support clients in adopting best practices and improving workflow efficiency.
Provide guidance and support throughout project delivery and tool usage.
Work mode: 100% remote.
Competenze richieste (Requirements)
Proven experience as an Atlassian Cloud Consultant or in a similar role.
Experience with Atlassian Cloud solutions, including core tools for project management, collaboration, and service management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian best practices.
