  • Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen, in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.
  • Your curiosity and eagerness to learn, as we support over 1,000 clients from all sectors worldwide.

Your missions

  • Manage middleware platforms including WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache.
  • Perform application deployments and monitor JVM performance.
  • Implement middleware hardening and manage SSL/TLS certificates.
  • Apply patches and perform vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with security standards.
  • Support remote work and participate in on‑call rotations; onsite presence required for critical interventions or maintenance activities.

Your profile

  • Experience with WebLogic, JBoss, Apache, and Linux environments.
  • Experience with vulnerability remediation and security standards compliance.
  • Basic scripting skills: Shell, Python.
  • 3-5 years of experience in middleware administration and support.
  • Fluent Italian (mother tongue).
  • You have strong analytical skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
