The Production Planner is responsible for managing planning activities for assigned Working Cells by creating master schedules that align with PSO (Production Sign-Off) inventory targets and customer demand. The role involves monitoring PSO execution, ensuring scheduling adherence, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize production planning and resource utilization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Production Master Scheduling respecting production constraints and demand requirements.
  • Support the Production Planning Manager in building and aligning the PSO for assigned Planning Classes.
  • Monitor PSO execution and act as gatekeeper during company cadence meetings.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure raw material supply matches production schedules.
  • Ensure ERP data accuracy and conformity for relevant Planning Classes.
  • Manage expired product stock and maintain related databases.
  • Interface with Customer and Replenishment Service teams to communicate goods availability.
  • Handle unplanned demand deviations and coordinate rescheduling with impacted functions.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering to optimize Master Production Planning and OTIF execution.
  • Assist in data collection and reporting as required.

Key Skills

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Economy, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Oracle knowledge is a plus
  • Project management capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment
  • Results‑oriented with strong organizational skills
