Gv Lead Applications Services Consultant

We are seeking a Lead Application Services Consultant with strong technical skills.

This role involves supporting clients and resolving technical issues, offering an excellent opportunity to develop a career in a dynamic technical environment.

• Provide technical support for multinational clients within SAP HR Modules.
• Deliver high-quality service to clients in accordance with ADP Service Level Agreements.
• Assist in testing version upgrades and provide relevant user training.
• Understand client systems and processes, and how they relate to ADP's products and services, to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Who we are looking for

• Professional proficiency in English.
• At least 4 years of technical support experience within SAP HR modules.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel abroad to client sites.
• Previous experience with SAP HR modules.
• Knowledge of Belgian legal requirements.
