Overview

Per l’area Vaccines, stiamo cercando un/a Market Access Manager che assumerà la piena accountability di alcuni assets di Vaccini del portafoglio GSK, creando e sostenendo una proposizione di valore in linea con la prospettiva dei pagatori nazionali e regionali.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external experts participants in drug evaluation mechanisms.
• Engage with policy makers, public health stakeholders, and regional market access agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams: Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, KAM, RAM, and medical direction.
• Generate pharmacoeconomic evidence supporting the value proposition of vaccines.
• Develop and contribute to studies of Burden of Illness, Cost of Illness, and Real World Evidence.
• Interpret payer expectations regarding product value concepts through constructive interaction with external experts and policy makers.
• Analyze normative and public health policy trends to assess impacts for the corporate pipeline.
• Maintain coordination with the international Market Access and Value & Health Outcome network for assigned products.
• Ensure launch plans contain effective measures aligned with analyzed trends, elaborating a suitable value proposition for decision makers.
• Keep continuous updates on HTA techniques and facilitate HTA culture diffusion within the company.
• Actively participate in interdepartmental Market Access meetings and communicate product evaluations to other locations, adapting to the Italian context.
• Actively contribute to forecasting strategies and ownership of projects in collaboration with RAM.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured Market Access & Health Economics teams in a highly specialized pharmaceutical industry.
• Consolidated experience in the Vaccines sector.
• Strong skills in Health Technology Assessment and Health Economics, evaluating drugs, devices, and public health policies.
• Direct and indirect participation in building strategic Market Access plans in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
