Your Contribution to the Role

• Provide clients with expert guidance and personalized attention, ensuring a seamless and exceptional shopping experience that drives sales and loyalty.
• Elevate the in-store experience by delivering high-touch, bespoke service aligned with the brand’s luxury standards and anticipating clients’ needs.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an elegant and welcoming environment, ensuring smooth operations and impeccable product presentation.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating deep product knowledge and storytelling skills to engage and inspire clients.
• Strategically manage client relationships using CRM tools to enhance retention and acquisition through proactive and personalized outreach.
• Continuously assess personal and boutique performance to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to achieving individual sales targets.
• Support and inspire colleagues by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Assist in maintaining the boutique’s premium environment through attention to visual merchandising, stock organization, and general upkeep.

What You Bring To The Team

• Proven experience in a client advisory role within luxury retail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients and colleagues alike.
• Fluency in Chinese, Italian and English.
• Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and the nuances of delivering an exceptional service experience.
