We are so obsessed about our customers we like to think of business managers more as customer-facing product managers who can co-create new product innovations for them. You are a consultant to a problem where you have access to the management of the company to build on solutions which can help us have better vertical solutions for the market. You are adept at doing product related conversations with various stakeholders on the customer’s side. You are able to communicate and establish value propositions that solve a problem and where you can also take new feedback to convert them into product opportunities. You are analytical and derive actionable insights from customer conversations. You are then able to convert these insights into product and business ideas and drive our relationship deeper into our merchant-ecosystem.
