Location: Italy - Milan

General Responsibilities

• As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will join a multidisciplinary team of tax and control experts dedicated to supporting large clients in implementing and enhancing their Tax Control Frameworks. Your work will cover a range of activities, including:
• Mapping tax and administrative processes
• Designing and formalizing controls to manage tax and accounting risks
• Applying risk management techniques to evaluate tax risks
• Performing TCF testing (Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness)
• Tracking framework performance and recommending remediation measures
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, supporting data collection, analysis, and follow-up
• Promoting knowledge-sharing and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Law, or a related discipline; professional certifications (CPA, CIA, etc.) are a plus
• 1-5 years of relevant experience, either in Tax Control Framework implementation or auditing (experience with large or industrial companies preferred)
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies and control frameworks
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with additional analytical tools is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage client relationships; leadership and mentoring experience valued for more senior profiles
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Fluent in English
