Senior Vendor Management

Apply for the Senior Vendor Management role at Tenova.

Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain electronic vendor and contractor records.
  • Ensure the maintenance of vendors database in line with business needs.
  • Scout potential suppliers for business areas that lack them.
  • Ensure an impartial supplier qualification process by coordinating the internal stakeholders belonging to all company teams.
  • Collaborate with disparate business groups to coordinate vendor related activities.
  • Implement and optimise vendors management processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply chain management or similar fields.
  • 3/5 years in the same positions mentioned above.
  • Erasmus or exchange experiences is a plus, as well as internship or Master in Supply Chain field.
  • Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken) and additional language is an added value.
  • Responsibility and precision for details.
  • Candidates should be open-minded, humble, courageous, determined, and capable of working in a team with flexibility.
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills.
  • Motivation to work in a multicultural and challenging.
