Process Control Domain Security Lead HITA

HEINEKEN is present in Italy since 1974. The company acquired Birra Dreher and the Massafra brewery, expanding over the years with key acquisitions such as Birra Ichnusa Spa, Partesa, Comun Nuovo brewery, and Birra Moretti. HEINEKEN Italia employs over 2,000 people and operates four breweries in Comun Nuovo (BG), Pollein (AO), Massafra (TA) and Assemini (CA).

As our Process Control Domain Security Lead, you will be responsible for driving security awareness and training at the Head Quarter and Brewery, organizing backups, routines, processes and tests to ensure systems and data can be recovered. You will support breweries in analyzing performance and implementing opportunities to achieve challenging Process Control Domain Security targets, managing a budget, resources and timeline, and supporting the Process Control Domain Security Global Team when required. You will collaborate with an international community, governance and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring log files to identify threats.
• Managing software vulnerabilities by patching, upgrading, isolating, or segmenting and managing anti-virus implementations and updates.
• Cascading security requirements to all involved (internal and external) while driving secure network design following reference models.
• Incident reporting as well as reporting Information Security compliance.
• Setting up and organizing backups, routines and tests to ensure recoverability, and ensuring cyber security is included in all technical design.
• Reporting expenses and timeline deviations to stakeholders of Process Control Domain Security projects; auditing on-site execution and supporting breweries in analyzing performances to reach security targets.
• Estimating budget, resources and timelines for Process Control Domain Security projects based on technical specifications and contracting documents.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer engineering, automation engineering, industrial engineering, management engineering, economics with computer science.
• Great project management skills, strong analytical and reporting capability, and ability to engage and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills in cross-functional teams; curious about innovation and new technologies; dynamic and driven to continuous improvement.
• Languages: good knowledge of English (oral and written) and Italian (minimum B2); willingness to learn.
