Job Opportunity : Junior Sales – Structured Products (Analyst / Sales Support)

Location : Milan, Italy

We are working with our very well-known client, a leading financial institution, to identify a Junior Sales Analyst to join their Structured Products Sales team in Milan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to support the sales function, gain exposure to financial markets, and develop a long-term career in structured product distribution.

Responsibilities

• Support senior sales in the origination and distribution of structured products.
• Prepare marketing materials, term sheets, and tailored client presentations.
• Monitor market developments and provide analysis to assist client conversations.
• Coordinate with trading, structuring, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.
• Maintain sales reporting, pipeline management, and client activity tracking.
• Contribute to product development by analyzing client needs and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Technical Skills : Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Languages : Fluency in English (Italian would be a plus).
• Experience : Internship or up to 2 years’ experience in banking, asset management, or financial markets.
• Personal Qualities : Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with strong communication and organizational skills.
