Technical Writer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing and managing technical documentation for our products / air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable documents.

Main responsibilities :

• To draft and update technical manuals, user guides, and maintenance documentation for our air conditioning systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and other technical experts to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
• Ensure all documentation complies with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Manage the version and archiving of technical documentation.
• Provide support in the training of internal and external personnel on the use of technical documentation.
• Attend project meetings to understand technical specifications and documentation requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree (also short) in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Experience also as a short Technical Writer, preferably in the field of production of air conditioning systems or in any technical area.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in Italian (knowledge of technical English is a plus).
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
• Familiarity with authoring and documentation management software InDesign, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Office, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
