About the Role

JMG Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to join our team for an upcoming data center 6 month project based in Milan. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage site operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ standards and compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
