Position

The resource will be integrated into the company's R&D department, reporting directly to the SW Development Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop software for machinery automation, working independently and integrating with internal software libraries.
  • Draft software specifications, collaborating internally to design and specify software requirements and development approaches.
  • Prepare technical documentation, supporting product usage via an internal wiki (Red Mine) aimed at technical staff.
  • Perform testing of software and functionalities on-site or at client locations.
  • Provide internal assistance to customer service and automation departments, troubleshooting software issues and identifying bugs through log analysis.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with external stakeholders, including consultants, mechanical designers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a diploma in computer science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio and VB.Net.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational database programming languages.
  • Strong mathematical background.
  • English language skills.
