How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency in the management and correct execution of operational plans through verification. Ensures relationships with family doctors, health districts, and territorial operators for patient assignment in collaboration with the planning area.

Manages clinical/health-related calls and ASL applications (where present).

Performs activities delegated by the Coordinator (e.g., management/delivery of medical materials, archive, training on applications and work tools for new operators, etc.).

Contributes to the phases of managing relationships with health operators

Responsibilities

• Home care service provision: Ensure assignment of assistance activities to operators; Ensure telephone support to patients, caregivers, etc.; Ensure correct use of materials and devices made available by Medicasa to territorial operators; Verify monitoring of clinical outcomes, health data, periodic reports, documentation, etc. using computerized clinical records and other available applications;
• Operational Center: Participate in team meetings organized in the Operational Center; Ensure the drafting and verification of periodic health reports and clinical documentation attached to the computerized clinical record;
• Training: Ensure constant professional updating with the acquisition of ECM credits as required by national legislation; Ensure participation in training courses organized by Medicasa

• Nursing degree
• Valid BLSD certificate
• Availability of time and flexible hours as required by the specific Operational Center
• Knowledge of main software applications
• Physical fitness for employment
• Availability to perform patient accesses when necessary
• Documented experience in nursing activities
