In the role of Sales Assistant at Juventus Football Club store in Milan, you are expected to provide the highest level of customer service and shopping experience to Juventus fans, maintain high standards and housekeeping in the store, and represent both Fanatics International and Juventus FC in the best way possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Actively participate in receiving new shipments
• Handle till use and cash transactions
• Perform shirt printing
• Manage day-to-day tasks and housekeeping

Knowledge

• Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
• Passion for football and sports is essential
• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Flexibility in working hours is required
• Good command of English

Contract Type

Fixed-term, 6 months

The job duties are not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake additional tasks within the scope of the role.
