You’ll operate at the heart of a matrixed, international procurement function whereby you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and regional category leaders to ensure alignment and value creation.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for Advisory and IT Professional Services.
• Drive category strategy for your allotted spend area whilst ensuring alignment with both local business needs and global procurement objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to understand demand, manage risk, and ensure optimal delivery of services supporting client-facing projects.
• Negotiate and manage key supplier agreements, balancing cost, quality, and compliance.
• Champion best practice procurement processes and governance, ensuring consistency across regions.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor, someone who is confident to challenge, influence, and drive strategic outcomes.

Desired Experience

• Proven experience in Procurement or Category Management, ideally within Advisory and IT Professional Services, Consultancy, or Indirect.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to delivery and problem‑solving.
• Strong understanding of sourcing frameworks, supplier performance management, and contract governance.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
