We are currently looking for an Events Sales Executive to join our Rome Sales Team!
You’ll be a key player in our growing Sales Team for the Hoxton Rome. If you’re great with people, have experience in a proactive sales or groups and events environment and are looking to join our growth journey, this is just the ticket!

What you’ll do…
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Actively market and sell all private event spaces & public spaces to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Work on collateral & packages to competitively increase event revenues across social and corporate events.
- Entertain clients & conduct site inspections in the Hotel where required.
- Benchmark pricing to ensure offerings are competitive within the market.
- Expand presence within the local and Italian market of the Hotel, seeking out new opportunities with corporate clients and events agencies, and converting new event business opportunities.
- Work closely with the proactive sales team & reactive Groups & Events team, converting new leads into accounts & creating proposals for larger scale events to fit client requirements.
- Visit client offices in Rome and potentially in Italy, presenting the Hotel to large groups of clients.
- Track sales, analyzing performance and reporting on key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
What we’re looking for…
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role in Rome or Italy.
- Experience in working with the Italian market.
- Fluency in English; any other languages are a bonus but not essential.
- Dynamic and capable of growing and nurturing long‑lasting relationships.
- Proactive and experienced individual with great enthusiasm and self‑motivation.
- Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast‑growth environment that relies on flexibility and speed.
- Wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.

The Hoxton Rome is part of a series of open‑house hotels, each set in a neighbourhood we love. Since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never thought of offering just “a bed for the night”.
