Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investors.
• Present and promote premium property developments.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the closing process.

Listing

• Acquire and manage property listings through networking and referrals.
• Conduct market analysis and determine property pricing.
• Market listings with photography, staging, and digital campaigns.
• Provide sellers with expert guidance and updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate (sales or listings).
• Strong knowledge of Bali’s property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Proficient in CRM systems, property platforms, and online marketing.
• Real estate license required; experience in luxury properties is a plus.
