Junior Procurement Specialist Pharma

On behalf of our client - multinational pharma group - Manpower Lifesciencesis looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join theteam in a junior role focused on procurement support and the management of pharmaceutical packaging operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic procurement activities while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to support Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) procurement activities and oversee the management of pharmaceutical packaging processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in procurement analytics, tender processes, and supplier management, particularly for non-pharma CMOs, under the guidance of a category manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct procurement analytics, including budget tracking, forecasting, project monitoring, and savings analysis.
• Provide support during tender processes using our procurement platform, including handling NDAs, supplier registration, and managing Requests for Quotation (RfQs).
• Assist in the management of non-pharmaceutical CMOs, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies and operational goals.
