Your Role

As a Product Stewardship Specialist, you’ll ensure that our Engineering Materials business remains compliant with global chemical regulations and continues to access key markets worldwide.

You’ll act as the regulatory expert, supporting cross-functional teams in R&D, Sales, HSE, and Legal, and making sure our products meet all relevant standards.

What You’ll Do

• Author and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) according to REACH, GHS, CLP, TSCA and other global standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance for DOMO products across key regions
• Manage customer compliance requests and issue regulatory declarations
• Support Sales and R&D in market growth by guiding decisions in sensitive and regulated applications (food contact, drinking water, medical, E&E) early in the design phase.
• Monitor upcoming legislation and regulatory trends, assess business risks, and advise management
• Support business teams on customer negotiations by providing regulatory insight and risk assessment.
• Provide training and guidance on product stewardship topics to internal teams
• Represent DOMO in industry associations and regulatory forums

What You Bring

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Toxicology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs, or Product Safety
• Deep understanding of REACH, CLP, GHS, food and water contact
• Experience managing SDS, labeling, and product classification
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and across global teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Italian, Polish) are a plus
