We are currently looking for a Global media assistant to support one of our prominent global clients across our network. The media assistant will play a crucial role in delivering excellence in account management and will work towards ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate with teams across the globe, build strong relationships, and support the development of best-in-class media campaigns.
In this role, you will provide assistance to the brand lead, managing various tasks related to the day-to-day business. You will become an expert in both the brand and the category, supporting the brand lead in managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responsiveness. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to help structure, develop, and implement media plans.
Attention to Detail
You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the brand on a global scale. This role requires an organized, process-driven individual who can keep track of plans and briefs while ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams in planning, reporting, analytics, and measurement.
Task Management
You will develop a strong partnership with the brand lead in managing all projects for the client. Being a strong communicator, you will take ownership of specific tasks and ensure they are executed accurately and on time. You will take pride in managing tasks and ensuring their successful completion.
Global Coordination
You will coordinate with markets worldwide to fulfill client needs. This will involve implementing existing processes and workflows, ensuring that our teams are held accountable for their tasks. Your communication skills will be vital in fostering strong, effective relationships with teams across the globe.
3+ years of experience related to media.
Proven experience in managing projects with supervision.
Interest in global/international project management.
Basic understanding of digital media.
Experience in managing communication chains across stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to read and interpret data for effective data management.
Highly organized.
Strong communicator.
Excellent problem solver.
Team player; willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done when needed.
Adaptable; able to pivot when necessary.
Time management; effectively optimizing working hours across tasks and regions.
English fluency is required, as this is a global role, along with proficiency in Italian.
Spanish is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in your country.
