Responsibilities :

Act as the key single point of contact for the sites under your responsibility, developing close working relationships with the client's designated stakeholders.

Ensure coordination and execution of hard and soft services, with a particular focus on building maintenance and cleaning services (including white rooms), guaranteeing compliance with contractual standards in terms of timing, quality, and cost.

  • Coordinate maintenance and cleaning teams, define operational priorities, and resolve client intervention requests using the CAFM system (NAV);

Manage direct personnel (vacation planning, work report verification, overtime management).

Oversee the implementation of workplace safety programs to ensure the safety of workers in the area of responsibility (supported by QHSE Function).

Conduct joint audits with the client's representative to verify proper execution of maintenance and cleaning services in compliance with safety regulations. Organize on-the-job training and information activities based on operational needs (supported by QHSE Function).

Manage plan and scheduled shutdowns, identifying any extraordinary maintenance needs (mechanical and electrical).

Manage and develop the assigned budget.

Evaluate, present, coordinate, approve, and monitor all extraordinary activities related to both hard and soft services.

Map and monitor general and specific systems.

Actively participate in decision-making processes regarding technical and organizational aspects.

Requirements :

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (liv.C).

Technical education background.

Proven experience of at least 4–5 years in Facility Management as a Site Manager.

Available to frequent business travel within the area of responsibility.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience using and ERP / CAFM for maintenance management, client requests, and administrative order processing.

Knowledge of regulations and standards related to system maintenance, workplace safety (D.Lgs.81 / 08), fire prevention, and environmental protection.

Location :

The successful candidate will manage the Florence and Mirandola (Modena) sites, travelling weekly.
