Join to apply for the JUNIOR RISK PREVENTION ENGINEER role at Allianz Italia.

Reporting to the Risk Prevention Engineering Team, you will develop and execute the risk prevention strategy for Corporate Client and Construction risks in the Italian market. With strong ties to the Group, you will also support the local strategy to achieve the Allianz Mid Corporate growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring risk visits and providing Allianz group standard reporting on risk assessment and risk improvement.
  • Implementing consistently the Risk Assessment Review Criteria plan.
  • Proactively liaising with underwriting areas to support underwriting activities and a comprehensive risk understanding.
  • Ensuring engineering consistency, discipline, and adherence to all corporate guidelines, including Rules and Principles, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework.
  • Proactively supporting the underwriting unit to develop and implement new or modified products.

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

  • Master’s degree in Industrial, Civil, Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum expertise in risk assessment, both corporate and construction, for property, risk engineering and liability business.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an international organization.
  • Data analytics.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Very good knowledge of Office 365 and other collaborative tools.

Location: Milano, Bologna or Roma.
