Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.

About the role

As a Legal & Compliance Support, you will join the team and assist with legal, contractual, and compliance activities. Specifically, you will:

• Support the drafting, review, and filing of contracts (vendors, clients, NDAs, service agreements).
• Assist in managing and updating company policies (privacy, data protection, information security) in line with Skillvue’s needs.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and help prepare required documentation (checklists, procedures, reports).
• Conduct legal research, collect and organize reference materials, and maintain the legal and contract archives.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team on contractual and employment law matters.
• Work closely with our DPO.

Required

• Degree in Law or Legal Studies.
• Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR) and data protection principles.
• Strong interest in privacy, data protection and compliance, with a good inclination toward employment law and HR topics.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team as well as interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.

Nice to have

• Prior experience (even short internships) in contract law, employment law, privacy/GDPR, or compliance.
