Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail and phone.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: Remote (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation Support offered for international candidates

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues via e-mail and phone for Italian-speaking customers

Qualifications

  • Italian C2 level
  • English B2 level
  • Customer-Centric or Sales Attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
