Overview

SAP Manufacturing&Supply Chain Solutions Analyst at Buccellati. For our HQ in Milan we are searching for a SAP Manufacturing&Supply Chain Solutions Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate critical projects and initiatives aligned with the Italian ateliers' Manufacturing roadmap, directly addressing key local and global strategic challenges.
• Spearhead supply chain projects and initiatives, guided by the Manufacturing roadmap, to overcome strategic hurdles and enhance efficiency across Italian ateliers.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions, carefully considering and leveraging Buccellati’s existing application environment for seamless integration.
• Customize and configure the SAP PP module to revolutionize production processes, significantly improving both planning and execution capabilities.
• Expertly manage SAP PP implementation and integration, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to ongoing operational activities.
• Skillfully manage cross-functional, multi-site, multi-system, and multi-team resources within local projects, ensuring cohesive and effective collaboration.
• Provide continuous, high-quality support to users, fostering optimal system utilization and enthusiastic adoption of SAP solutions.
• Conduct thorough system analyses and audits to pinpoint areas for improvement, driving increased efficiency and performance across the board.
• Swiftly resolve SAP PP and QM issues, minimizing operational disruptions and maintaining peak performance levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience of SAP PP / MM / QM projects involving the design and deployment of an international Model – preferably in consulting firm or in a large international company.
• Direct experience with Manufacturing department business streams is required, as well as with other functional teams (logistics and controlling) on production sites would be a plus.
• Higher education economics, engineering or similar
• Knowledge of SAP PP / QM (SAP 4 HANA) and skills in interacting with the modules
• Italian and English language are mandatory
• Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Goals oriented and determined
