Your role

We are seeking a motivated, curious, and enterprising SAP expert to join our Operations HQ in Agordo (BL, Italy).

As HRIS Project Manager, you will lead transformation projects within our HR organization worldwide.

Main responsibilities

  • Partner with HR leadership and the HR community in the region to define or expand programs and process requirements, translating them into optimal technology utilization.
  • Manage the HRIS development and support process, prioritizing and executing change requests and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders using project management methodologies and communicate progress via PMI mechanisms.
  • Review and assess HRIS solutions and processes regularly, initiating continuous improvement projects to address gaps, improve user satisfaction, and meet evolving business needs.
  • Analyze existing business processes, controls, procedures, and applications to develop innovative solutions that maximize efficiency and compliance with policies and laws.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with third-party vendors to ensure accountability for SLAs and KPIs, seeking ongoing cost and process improvements.
  • Build and execute project plans to track timelines, deliverables, and resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experience within the Global HRIS solution and roadmap, including automation and self-service opportunities.
  • Support Change Management Plan execution and work closely with change agents to ensure system adoption.

Main requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in HRIS, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS implementations within complex multinational organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Design Thinking methodology and knowledge of current technology trends to enable Employee Experience processes.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of presenting to audiences at all levels.
  • Good analytical skills, able to interpret and narrate stories behind processes and data.
