Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Work with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO & Commercial Teams to ensure effective implementation of account plans, opportunity plans, and programs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Stakeholders to deliver all key program metrics.
  • Harmonize Customer requirements, supervise responses to Customer tenders, and quotations for cross-national opportunities.
  • Focus on and improve E2E supply chain to ensure product demand timelines are met, increasing customer confidence.
  • Provide Implementation Forecasts and planning numbers for successful program delivery.
  • Build strong customer relationships and a service ethic to develop a competitive advantage within the customer organization.
  • Analyze Monthly reports to identify improvement opportunities, minimize unfavorable cost trends, and present findings to the Contract Steering Committee.
  • Analyze program performance statistics and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Education / Achievements

  • A proven track record in successful business development from conception to implementation and operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or Business.

Experience / Knowledge

  • Sales experience including negotiation with major commercial accounts.
  • Thorough knowledge of Commercial markets.
