Summary: The role focuses on assisting in the integration of systems from an acquired company at the office in Italy. Proficiency in both Italian and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support system integration of acquired company technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current environments and requirements.
• Configure Avaya telephony systems and document existing setups.
• Upgrade PC clients using Intune and Autopilot.
• Create an inventory of the Windows Server environment on VMware.
• Manage configurations for Cisco networks, including switches and wireless access points.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian and English at negotiation level.
• Experience with Avaya telephony systems.
• Expertise in upgrading PCs with Intune and Autopilot.
• Proficient in Windows Server administration on VMware.
• Experience in managing Cisco networks.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Autodesk CAD systems.
• Previous consulting experience in similar environments.
