Recruiting, Training & HR Development Manager at Heidelberg Materials Italia Cementi S.p.A. (già Italcementi)

Italcementi S.p.A., now Heidelberg Materials Italia Cementi S.p.A., is one of the leading global players in the production and marketing of cement and concrete. We are seeking to fill a position at our cement plant in Cagnano Amiterno (AQ) for a versatile worker to grow within our dynamic company.

- Conducts daily inspections of the plants to monitor their condition and responds to instructions from the supervisor;

- Cleans the plants to support production and maintenance activities under the supervision of the manager;

- During scheduled plant shutdowns, assists external teams with material and equipment handling using lifting and transport equipment (forklifts, etc.);

- Supports production activities such as emptying mills, sorting and reloading grinding bodies, and other tasks in the department;

- Replenishes additives used during grinding processes;

- Uses and performs routine maintenance on mechanical equipment (pallets, forklifts, mini-excavators, and sweepers);

- Participates in staff replacements in shift-based departments, with specific tasks in the centralized control room and packing department.

We offer a Cement Industry CCNL contract.
