Max Streicher SpA, an EPC contractor leader in the Oil & Gas sector (pipelines & plants), based in Parma, works on projects in Italy and worldwide.

Position:

For our Oil & Gas project related to the San Potito Cluster (RA), we are looking for a Project Engineering Manager with at least 10 years of experience in technical site management, preferably in the plant engineering or Oil & Gas sector.

The candidate will be responsible for managing engineering activities, coordinating the on-site technical team, overseeing subcontractors for design services, and providing technical support during construction, acting as the technical point of contact for the client.

Main activities:

• Interface with the client on all technical engineering issues
• Coordinate the on-site technical team and subcontractors for engineering services
• Monitor detailed engineering progress and material supply in collaboration with the construction team
• Support work planning by verifying the readiness of work packages
• Provide updated data on quantities and as-built documentation to the Planning and Cost Control team
• Coordinate with the Commissioning Manager to prepare technical documentation for startup
• Manage instructions received from the client on-site and assess any variations from the contractual Scope of Work

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in technical site management, preferably in Oil & Gas or plant engineering
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and resilience skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
