Your Mission at Epassi

As a Salesforce Developer at Eudaimon – part of the Epassi Group, you will join the Engineering team and play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of our corporate welfare platforms. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and developing new features that enhance Epassi’s Salesforce‑based systems and integrations with other applications. Your contributions will help shape the digital ecosystem supporting Epassi’s mission to improve employee well‑being and engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and developers to analyze requirements and design new features and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and administration tools.
  • Manage and optimize data structures and workflows within Salesforce to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Work on authentication protocols and integration mechanisms using SAML and OAuth2.
  • Utilize SOQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GitHub for back‑end and front‑end development and version control.
  • Design, implement and maintain data integration processes using ETL tools such as Talend DI and Microsoft SSIS.
  • Contribute to ETL‑related components through Java and .NET/C# development.
  • Use Excel for data analysis and reporting to support system enhancements and business decisions.
  • Utilize Salesforce’s Agentforce to build interaction flows with users.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices to continuously improve system efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow Builder, and Salesforce internal administration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Agentforce and building user interaction flows.
  • Good knowledge of SOQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and GitHub.
  • Hands‑on experience of SAML and OAuth2 authentication protocols.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Talend DI or Microsoft SSIS.
  • Experience developing in Java and .NET/C# for ETL and system integration purposes.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
