Sales Associate (Temporary Contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while representing Aquazzura as an ambassador of the brand.
• Assist clients with their needs, offer expert product knowledge, and stay aware of competitor activities.
• Operate retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer database) accurately.
• Attach price tags, manage stock and inventory, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain merchandising standards and support the overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in luxury contexts.
• Dynamic, friendly, engaging, and customer‑oriented personality.
• Action and sales oriented with an excellent customer service attitude.
• Strong communication skills and luxury product knowledge.
• Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
