With deep roots in the European energy market and a strong commitment to sustainability, my client is expanding their footprint in Italy — and is looking for a skilled Land Acquisition Manager to help unlock the country’s potential for solar and battery storage development.

Your Mission :

As a Land Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in Italy, identifying strategic land opportunities for utility-scale solar PV, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Working remotely from Northern Italy, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our renewable pipeline.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and assess land parcels suitable for large-scale solar PV and/or battery storage projects.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners, municipalities, and local stakeholders.
  • Evaluate site conditions including topography, grid access, and environmental constraints.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants for technical and legal due diligence.
  • Maintain a database of scouted sites and provide regular updates to the development team.

About You :

  • Based in Northern Italy with solid regional knowledge and local networks.
  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator, especially in landowner engagement.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, capable of working independently in the field.
  • Background in land scouting, real estate, agriculture, or renewable energy is highly valued.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.

What We Offer :

  • Competitive salary : €50,000 base + performance-based bonus.
  • Remote position with flexible working conditions.
  • A chance to work with one of Europe’s most respected IPPs.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and involvement in high-impact projects.
  • Supportive, mission-aligned team with a passion for the energy transition.
