Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise internal technicians and external service providers

• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and internal rules
• Lead regular meetings and monitor operational performance indicators
• Resolve conflicts and support continuous site optimization and profitability

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years' experience in site management and maintenance operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resources effectively
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
• Customer-oriented, autonomous, and skilled in conflict resolution
• Experience managing technical teams and projects is a plus
