Due to the expansion of our retail store network in Europe, we are looking for Full-Time Sales Associates to join our team at the new boutique recently opened in Serravalle Designer Outlet.

A Day in the Life :

The typical day involves building and maintaining customer relationships, creating a memorable customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge, understanding and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle, and following all sales and operational policies. You will be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence.

To Land This Role :

• Strong interest in the culture and products of Tory Burch;
• Experience in personal customer relations, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule;
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, climbing ladders, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
