Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic PR & Social Media plans to strengthen brand positioning in the Italy market.
• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to drive earned coverage and partnerships.
• Lead PR campaigns (press releases, media pitches, events) in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
• Partner with Brand Managers, Central Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and engage with audiences on social media, addressing inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and PR best practices to optimize campaigns.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR , or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on PR & social media experience, with a focus on the Italy market .
• Proven success in designing and executing impactful PR / social campaigns .
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal) with exceptional storytelling skills.
• Mandatory : Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools , and community management.
• Adaptable, creative, and detail-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
