The Mission / The role

We are looking for a Back-Office Analyst (KYC/KYB) to join our team, responsible for verifying the information provided by merchants and end customers during the onboarding process for our European markets. This role involves reviewing and validating KYC or KYB documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring that all data is accurate and complete. The Back-Office Analyst will collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies and help streamline the onboarding process, contributing to a smooth and compliant merchant and customer integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reading, analysing and processing the KYC or KYB documents sent by the customers and the merchants
  • Reviewing KYC or KYB information collected and approve or reject the customer or the merchant if something goes wrong
  • Analysing and documenting financial issues or problems;
  • Conducting day-to-day administrative tasks related to the process accurately and timely, by communicating with colleagues and/or Sales/Legal Dept to avoid any breaches to internal rules and unnecessary delays.
  • Communicating useful insights and potential improvements to the team

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. French, Spanish) is a real plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently
  • Experience in document verification and due diligence systems
