What you can expect

• Build Supply Chain expertise through rotations across manufacturing plants, divisional teams, and specialist support functions
• Implement, monitor and expand processes to balance on-time delivery and inventories
• Learn basics of S&OP and communication of the rolling forecast
• Learn about the management of goods receipts incl. prioritization
• Work in warehousing from goods receipt, to put-away, storage, pick & pack to ship in close collaboration with the Lean teams
• Familiarize and use the procurement best practices, being actively involved in negotiations with suppliers

Your ideal profile should include

• Master's degree in engineering or business administration
• Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development
• Fluent in local language and English
• First-hand experience in project management is a plus
