Junior Business Manager – fortil

Join fortil as a Junior Business Manager to support our partners' technical projects in industry, IT and care.

Fortil is an engineering consultancy group active across Europe since 2009. We support our partners in the success of their technical projects in various sectors such as Industry, IT and Care. Today we have more than 2,700 employees in 11 countries. Working with us means being part of an ambitious team in a multicultural and international context. Our ambition is to build a more responsible, solidary and inclusive world for our employees and clients. We are located in Aprilia and are looking for a Junior Business Manager.

Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Contribute to the Group's development strategy
  • Meet and acquire new clients
  • Develop offers for our services
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Create sustainable and beneficial partnerships

Recruiting

  • Search and identify suitable profiles for the needs
  • Active search of profiles on job boards (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Conduct interviews during the selection process

Consultant Management

  • Manage career paths of your consultants
  • Support consultants in their professional and personal growth journey

Requirements

  • Degree in technical disciplines
  • Experience in a technical role as a consultant or employee at production sites
  • Excellent written and oral English level
  • Interpersonal skills for commercial relationships, recruiting and team management
  • Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and listening/communication skills essential to conquer new markets
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

Next Steps
