The dental sector is highly specialized and technical, representing a strong opportunity for growth and specialization. Our collaborators must have a strong customer orientation, goal-oriented approach, and be determined to build a professional career in B2B sales.

Market study of your area of competence and definition of potential new clients, such as doctors and dental professionals. Direct sales of catalog products and commercial development in the assigned area. Understanding product technical sheets and offers, implementing cross-selling and upselling strategies. Managing contacts and relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and long-term relationships. Junior or Middle profiles (from 2 to 10 years of seniority). Previous experience in sales. Previous experience in the dental, medical, or clinical sector. Willingness to travel. Assignment of the customer portfolio in your area of residence / hometown. Remuneration composed of fixed and variable parts based on sales and bonuses. Specific training on the role and products. Dedicated IT tools, including an innovative CRM system.
