Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute. The Group became a B corp in 2016, and today has 8 offices, operates in 90 countries, and employs around 900 collaborators globally. Since 2019, both the Italian and US subsidiaries have been Benefit Corporations.

JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Haircare Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Own the respective categories mid‑term commercial plan definition and deployment
  • Lead the commercial evaluations & sales assumptions discussion
  • Translate global strategy to local markets: pricing, distribution, promotion, channels
  • Co‑lead the creation of the Go‑To‑Market plans
  • Lead sales analysis processes and understanding
  • Drive excellence in execution with clear and effective methods & tools to support the local teams
  • Provide structured feedback from the market and address them properly
  • Lead category commercial/competitor understanding from sales perspective
  • Identify requirements for local channel/customer differentiation, start of ship, ranging, sizing, pricing, promo plans
  • Be constantly in touch with the markets

Who You Are

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or commercial‑related roles, ideally within the professional haircare industry.
  • High energy and proactive approach.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory)
  • Ability to coordinate processes across Sales, Marketing, and Education.
  • Strong knowledge of cross‑functional processes, category management, and Go‑to‑Market execution.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and distribution logics, including pricing, marginality, and business planning.
  • Experience defining omnichannel strategies and launch plans.
  • Skilled in assessing project commerciality and influencing business conversations on size of prize and growth opportunities.
  • Proven capability to work in cross‑functional teams and multicultural contexts.
  • Ability to analyze market or segment features, needs, and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills (must‑have) and a “hands‑on” attitude.
  • Leadership, accountability, and high emotional intelligence.
