Role Purpose
Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our positioning on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants.
Business Responsibilities
Leading the product strategy in collaboration with the other teams, with an agile approach: from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go-to-market, measuring results both in terms of marketing KPIs and overall business results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Works on revising for the existing offering and defining for new offerings all core-product elements: target, value proposition, specs and requirements
- Defines the product roadmap to realize this vision, managing closely already existing development partners
- Drives the product development and in‑life product management process
- Leads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign‑off and release criteria
- Assesses risks & opportunities continuously & makes course corrections, whenever needed during the product development process
- Identifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and finds ways to adapt current products / develop new products
- Provides guidance on all key elements of the product marketing mix
Certifications Requirements
Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements
5 years of experience in product‑centric environments (strongly KPI‑driven). Preferred at least brief experience in B2B contexts, with digital or digitalized products and assets.
Languages
- Understanding of products and ability to articulate the value derived based on epic / feature / functionality
- Ability to translate business into technical requirements & vice versa
- Ability to analyze consumer/client insights & behavior
- Proficiency in research and analysis: competitive analysis, business analysis, market assessment
- Ability to define & track success metrics
- Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of English, Excel and PowerPoint
- Nice to have: Google Analytics or other web tracking tools
