What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional support to Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve customer issues professionally and empathetically
- Handle queries related to travel, tech, or other global services
- Collaborate with an international team while working from the comfort of your home

What You’ll Need
- Fluent Italian (C2 level) both written and spoken
- English at B2 level for internal communication
- EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese visa/residence permit
- High school diploma (or equivalent qualification)
- Great communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours and rotating shifts
